SMS/Text Messaging Policy

Effective: Thursday, February 12, 2026

At, Chase MedSearch, we use SMS/text messaging as a communication tool for business.  This policy explains how we communicate via text messages, how phone numbers are collected, and how you can manage your messaging preferences.

PURPOSE

We use SMS/Text messaging to communicate with:

(1) candidates and

(2) employers

regarding job opportunities, interview scheduling, update and important employment-related information.

HOW WE COLLECT PHONE NUMBERS

Candidates typically send their resume to us through our company website, social media (i.e. messaging, job posting) or directly to our recruiters’ email.  Resumes may include phone numbers, email, address (full or partial) and employment history, etc.

CONSENT TO RECEIVE TEXT MESSAGES

At the time of submitting your resume via our website, which typically may include your phone number, email, address and employment information, you will have the opportunity to elect to opt-in to receiving text messages from Chase MedSearch related for the following:

  • Job openings
  • Interview scheduling (i.e. set ups and reminders)
  • Post interview follow-up messages

Please note that we do not sell any content that is in your resume nor do we send resumes or contact information to third parties, including Employers, without your consent.
